*Alshaya eGift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
*Alshaya eGift Cards are redeemable at participating Alshaya brand stores with the exception of The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s, and Texas Roadhouse.

*Alshaya eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, whether in full or in part.
*You can only use one eGift Card per bill.
*Alshaya eGift Cards can be redeemed in part. If an item is purchased using an Alshaya eGift Card, the remaining balance and expiration date will be displayed on the bill.
*This information can also be inquired through the Customer Service Department at 800-4414440 or by presenting the eGift Card to the cashier in the store. Balance inquiries and partial refunds are the sole responsibility of the merchant.
*In case the purchase value exceeds the balance of the e-Gift Card, the customer using the e-Gift Card must pay the remaining value.
*Lost e-Gift Cards will not be replaced or compensated.
*Damaged e-Gift Cards will not be accepted.
*Alshaya e-Gift Cards are subject to the Alshaya Group Terms and Conditions currently in effect.
*For successful e-Gift Card redemption, please scan the card on a white or light background.
*Once e-Gift Cards are issued, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the merchant’s terms and conditions.
*Items purchased using this e-Gift Card can be refunded in accordance with the merchant’s product refund and exchange policy.
*The merchant is responsible for the product and service provided to customers through the use of this e-Gift Card.
