First, the introduction and general provisions:

The following are the terms and conditions that apply to the terms of use and access to the application or website and the words and expressions contained in this agreement mean the meanings specified for them as follows:

The application or website: They mean wherever they appear in this agreement are those who are used by the customer for the purpose of purchasing or benefiting from the services and purchase coupons or offer coupons and obtaining points and exchanging them for upgrades or purchase coupons or offer coupons and when mentioning the application, the application and the website will be meant and vice versa unless otherwise stated and all pages, links, tools and features branching from the application and website and related to the required service are an integral part of it.
The customer: It means the party that requests the service from the application or website, whether this party is a natural or legal person.
The agreement: It means the terms and conditions of use of the application or website, which include all the terms and conditions explained to the customer and which govern and regulate the customer’s use of the application or website.
Purchase coupons: They are the coupons that the customer buys in the application through all the approved electronic payment methods and then uses them with the specified service provider.
Points: They are the value returned to the customer and which he deserves from the company and resulting from the completion of the customer’s use of one purchase coupon at least, where points can be reused in the application exclusively.
Offer coupons: They are special offer coupons such as buy one and get the second for free or big discounts or free offers that are used in the application and in order to get them, he must exchange them for points in his account and then he must pay the value of the offer in cash to the service provider.
The service provider: He is every merchant who has contracted with the company for the purpose of marketing him and his services have been displayed within the application and website.
Customer categories: Registration in the application is free and with a category called Basic, you get services specific to it, but there are two categories higher than Basic, the customer can subscribe to one of them according to the announced prices, which are Premium and Platinum, where the customer gets additional advantages that distinguish him from others in each category.

secondly intellectual property:

The website and the application and all their original contents are the sole property of Redeem Company, and are thus fully protected under the appropriate international laws for copyrights and other intellectual property rights.

Third: Qualification for membership:

Membership in the application is granted to those who have reached the age of 16 years and the application management has the right to cancel the account of any member who has not reached the age of 16 without prior notice with the commitment to settle his financial accounts upon closing the account.
When registering, you will provide a limited amount of personal information that we will store in a secure environment. The data you provide is used to provide a personalized service for you. This information includes the full name and phone number.
No person has the right to reuse the application if his membership has been canceled by the application management.
In the event that any user registers as a commercial entity, his commercial entity is bound by all the terms and conditions, and the applicant for registration must provide Redeem Company with all the information and documents required, such as the commercial license.

Fourth, customers agree that they:

They will not disable Redeem Company in any way or use the subscription in a way that affects the use of other users of the subscription.
The use of the subscription is prohibited for any illegal purposes or in any way that may contradict these terms and conditions.
Any modification, copying, distribution, transfer, publication, reuse, licensing or imitation of any of the offers and deals displayed on the application or website is strictly prohibited.
Subscribers bear full responsibility for any consequences related to their use of their subscription in the application, which includes the use of your subscription by other people or people under the legal age or illegal use.
Subscribers pledge to inform Redeem Company if any illegal or unlawful uses of the website or their subscription with us are discovered.
Each username and password must be used by one person only and cannot be transferred and used by more than one person or transferred to another person.
The application management will not be responsible in any case for any loss that may befall the customer directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of disclosing the username and password information.
The customer acknowledges that all the information he has disclosed is true, correct, updated and complete information that expresses him and conforms to what is required in the login form.

fifthly ways of communicating with the customer:

The customer acknowledges and agrees upon registering his basic subscription that he will be contacted via the registered email, direct call, WhatsApp or any available communication method or through broadcasting promotional ads on the application.
The application management will send promotional emails during your membership period to introduce you to any changes, procedures or new promotional activities that may be added to the application.
The customer has the right as a user of the application to confirm his unwillingness to receive any promotional messages or any way of communicating with him by clicking on the option to not receive promotional messages and communication in his personal account information.

Sixth: The mechanism of work of the application and the website:

Registration is annual in the application and free and is renewed automatically.
The subscription is considered expired after three years have passed since the last operation was executed in the application or website.
There are three categories of users in the application, which are (Basic, Premium and Platinum), and Basic is the free basic subscription and the remaining two subscriptions are paid and the subscription categories differ in the quality of the service provided and the advantages and additional services.
The validity of the points earned in the Basic subscription expires after one year from the date of subscription and the subscription is renewed automatically with the reduction of the points counter and notifying the customer before the end of the subscription of the need to upgrade the account to maintain the points or benefit from the points within the application.
The validity of the points in the Premium and Platinum subscriptions is linked to the date of expiration of the annual subscription and in the event that the subscription is not renewed, the customer returns to the Basic category with all the points remaining in his account and the terms of the Basic customer apply to him.
The application provides the purchase of products and services from the service providers displayed in the application and at prices and discounts according to the category of users, where the full value of the service or product is paid in the application.
The application also provides discounts and special offers such as 1+1 and others, where these offers are obtained through points and the customer must pay the value of the service directly to the service provider.
The customer is given a special link through which he can share the application and urge new customers to register in the application.
The customer gets points when he buys a service in the application and uses it, these points are added to his wallet.
The customer gets points for each service that was purchased and used from any work that registered his account through the participation link of the original customer.
The customer can get points by buying them directly in the application.
The customer can benefit from the points by using them in the application by upgrading his account from Basic to Premium or Platinum or from Premium to Platinum or he can exchange points for prepaid purchase coupons or exchange his points for 1+1 offers and others, which are paid for by the service provider.
It is clear and known to the customer that the application and website are not an auction or a bank and do not provide similar services, but rather an application and website through which goods or services are purchased for those registered in it.

seventhly: coupons, offers and barcode:

It has become known to the customer after registering and activating the subscription that he:

He can buy the prepaid coupons in the application by the available electronic payment methods or by exchanging his points for the coupon and then using it directly with the service provider without paying any other fees.
Or get 1+1 offers and discounts through points and use them with the service provider after paying the value of the offer to the service provider.
Gifting the prepaid coupon to other parties (not selling it).

When buying coupons or getting offers, the customer gets a coupon that can be printed and seen by the customer page in the application. This coupon contains all the information and conditions for using it and contains a barcode that is shown to the service provider to be scanned by the application of the service provider to verify its validity and activate its use.

Eighth: Service policy:

We at Redeem Company care about customer satisfaction and happiness in order to be able to continue and provide the best services and it is natural that some customers have objections or negative opinions resulting from simple errors in how and method of use and we strive hard to simplify the process to become more flexible and smoother in use.
We also strive hard to make sure that all the companies and providers that we contract with meet the highest quality standards to ensure that our customers get the best offers.
We also provide prepaid coupons and discounts and strive for creative competition, but we are not responsible for the quality of the service provided by the service provider or the product, as the service provider is directly responsible for the quality of the service and the product.
And that all Redeem customers are treated specially and more effectively and this is from the terms of the agreement with the providers advertised in the application and website.

Ninth: Refund policy:

We at Redeem Company, your satisfaction is our goal and we strive hard to provide the best service standards and with high professionalism and in case and for some reason you want to refund the money after buying the prepaid coupons or returning the money paid by upgrading your subscription category to the Premium or Platinum category or after buying a specific number of points for use in the application, the refund is in the following cases:

It has not been 15 days since you purchased the prepaid coupon by one of the approved electronic payment methods and did not use it within 15 days from the date of purchase and before the expiration date of the original coupon (mentioned in the coupon details) by at least 5 days.
Within a maximum period of 30 days from upgrading your account by one of the approved electronic payment methods, provided that you do not use the account after upgrading it and benefit from the upgrade advantages.
It has not been 15 days since the date of purchasing the points in the application and not using any of them.
The refund policy applies to upgrades and cash purchases by one of the electronic payment methods approved in the application and the refund policy does not apply to coupons exchanged for points or to upgrades between categories exchanged for points on the grounds that these points are gifted to the customer when using the application.

In the event that the conditions are met, the amount will be refunded to the customer within a period of 30 working days from the date of verification of the refund request.

Tenth: External links policy:

The application, website and our social media may contain a number of links to other websites and electronic resources that are not owned or under our authority and we do not control them and therefore we are not responsible for the content or general practices of any of these sites and / or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the full terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site you visit as a result of following the link posted on our application, website and social media.

Eleventh: Trademarks:

All trademarks and logos displayed on the website, application and social media are affiliated and belong to the providers advertised and contracted with us and copying, cutting and pasting for the purpose of illegal use is prohibited.

Twelfth: The governing law:

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. And they are governed and formulated entirely and entirely for the legislation in force in the Saudi courts.

Thirteenth:

General information If the user agreement is translated into any language other than Arabic, whether on the application or by other means, the text in Arabic remains the prevailing one.
